The Chief Operating Officer will build the operating foundation behind TerraHash Energy’s growth — translating strategy into disciplined execution across project delivery, internal operations, partner coordination, reporting and organizational scale.
Role Mandate
- Build the operating model required to scale TerraHash Energy from an early-stage platform into a disciplined infrastructure company.
- Translate company strategy into clear priorities, operating cadence, accountability and execution plans.
- Create cross-functional systems that connect development, finance, engineering, partnerships and leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide operating planning, execution tracking and management cadence.
- Establish KPIs, reporting standards, decision processes and operational controls.
- Coordinate project execution across development, engineering, procurement, finance and external partners.
- Build scalable internal processes for budgeting, vendor management, contracting, risk management and organizational operations.
- Support leadership on capital deployment, resource allocation and strategic priorities.
- Help recruit, structure and develop the operating team as the company grows.
Preferred Profile
- 10+ years of operating, infrastructure, energy, industrial or project execution experience.
- Experience building or scaling operations in a growth-stage, project-driven or asset-heavy business.
- Strong financial and operational judgment with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and counterparties.
- Comfort working across strategy and detail — from executive planning to implementation discipline.
- Builder mindset with high ownership, strong communication and a bias toward execution.
